Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your AuthenticAI monthly subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not lock you into long-term contracts.

Refund Policy

Because AuthenticAI provides immediate access to proprietary digital analysis and expensive computing resources, we do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you experience technical issues or believe you were billed in error, please contact our support team at support@vellosoft.io within 7 days of your charge, and we will review your case.
